Guidelines of Presentations

Oral Presentation:

1. The oral presentation should be in the form of PowerPoint presentatio
2. The number of slides should be suitable with the time allocated for the oral presentation, g. 10 slides for 10 minutes presentation time.
3. The design of the PowerPoint presentation should comply with the following:

• • Include the logo of Sudanese Physiological Society and the title of the conference (1St Scientific Conference 2022) in the first slide. (The logo is attached at the end of the file - take a Snapshot).
  • Include the logo of Sudanese Physiological Society in the background of all slides.
  • Avoid distracting preset slide designs.
  • In each slide, follow the rule of six: 6 words per line; 6 lines per slide.
  • Use light writing colors on dark backgrounds or dark colors on light backgrounds.
  • Use a suitable clear font, e.g. Arial, and an appropriate font size, e.g.
  • 32 points or more.

Poster Presentation:

The design of the poster presentation should comply with the following:

• The dimensions of the poster should be 90 X 130 cm and  the  poster should be fixed to the assigned specific poster board (based on your abstract number) on the 23rd of July 2022 at 07:00 A.M.
• Include your abstract number, the logo of Sudanese Physiological Society and the title of the conference (1St Scientific Conference 2022) on the top of the abstract. (The logo is attached at the end of the file - take a Snapshot).
• Avoid distracting preset poster designs.
• Use light writing colors on dark background or dark colors on light backg
• Use clear figures.
• Use a suitable clear font, e.g. Arial, and an appropriate font size, g. 40 points or more.
